Cancellation | No Show | Reschedule Policy
At Physio Collective – MNC, we aim to provide timely care for all patients. Because appointment times are reserved specifically for you, we ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellation Notice
We require at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient who may be waiting for care.
Deposit Policy (new appointments)
A $50 deposit may be required when booking your appointment both online and over the phone.
This deposit will be applied toward the cost of your consultation on the day of your appointment.
Deposits cannot be refunded, they will be used as a credit on your file.
Late Cancellations
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the $50 deposit being forfeited.
Appoinments without a deposit will result in 50% of the consultation fee (between $67.50-$100)
Missed Appointments (No-Shows)
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not notified the clinic, the $50 deposit will be retained as a no-show fee.
For follow up appointments where a deposit was not allocated, 100% of the consultation fee will be required.
Rescheduling
If you provide more than 48 hours’ notice, your $50 deposit can be transferred to a new appointment time.
There will be no cancellation fee for all follow up appointments when rescheduled outside of 48hrs.
We appreciate your understanding. Late cancellations and missed appointments reduce availability for other patients who may need care.
