GRAYCE - FOUNDER | WOMEN’S HEALTH PHYSIOTHERAPIST | IBCLC

Grayce is a local, who has dedicated her training, time and professional life to helping women of all ages and life stages gain better pelvic health. Grayce is a proud mother of two, who realised the importance of women’s health services once falling pregnant herself. In 2022 she fundraised $52,000 for the local Maternity Ward to provide better equipment to help support new mother’s on the ward.


CHELSEA - WOMEN’S HEALTH PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Chelsea is a proud Mid North Coast local and a talented Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with a special interest in Women’s Health. She’s passionate about helping women navigate every stage of life, with a focus on postnatal care and recovery.

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find her surfing at the beach or exploring the outdoors through camping and hiking.

Chelsea will be working from our Taree Outreach Clinic.

MELIEGH - WOMEN’S HEALTH PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Meleigh has recently moved to the Mid North Coast area with her family after relocating from the Central Coast. After completing her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2011 at the University of Newcastle, she has worked in both the public and private sector, until finding her interest in the area of Women’s Health 6 years ago. Meleigh worked at a Women’s Health Physiotherapy Clinic on the central coast.

Outside of the clinic, Meleigh enjoys running along with exploring and camping with herhusband and 2 young kids.

TIANA - WOMEN’S HEALTH PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Tiana has spent most of her career in the Hunter region, working across maternity wards, paediatrics, and outpatient clinics. After the birth of her two beautiful boys, she relocated to the Mid North Coast to settle with her family.

For the past eight months, Tiana has been working alongside Grayce at Port Macquarie Base Hospital temporarily, providing care on the maternity ward and in outpatient services, supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum recovery.

Tiana is excited to continue to work alongside Grayce at Physio Collective to provide the best care for Women on the Mid North Coast

BROOKE - PRACTICE MANAGER

Brooke is also another local, who was born and raised in the area returning once starting a family. Brooke completed her Bachelor in Animal Bioscience with Honours in Sydney prior to children. After the birth of her children she started working as the local OOSH Coordinator for many years before coming to Physio Collective - MNC.

Brooke first met Grayce as a new mother on the Maternity Ward, where Grayce was able to assist Brooke with her recovery. Grayce then recruited Brooke to come join the Physio Collective - MNC team.
