  • Is a great option for women seeking to strengthen their pelvic floor muscles.

    To determine whether it’s the right course of action for you, everyone will have to undertake a Women’s Health Initial/Postnatal Consultation to identify that you have a weak pelvic floor or would benefit from strengthening this area.

  • A typical session takes 28 minutes.

    However make sure to add this onto the end of your initial 60min initial consultation with our Women’s Health Physiotherapists

  • At Physio Collective - we believe that no one size fits all, and is dependent upon the individual. We want to ensure safety and appropriateness so will undertake objective ultrasound measures to ensure we are still providing the best treatment and see improvement.

  • It is 100% non-invasive and pain-free. You’ll simply experience some tingling and pelvic floor muscle contractions during the procedure.

  • No way! you can resume your usual daily activities immediately after your treatment.

  • It can give you noticeable results after a single session. Improvements will generally continue over the next few weeks.

  • Be sure to book an Initial Women’s Health Consultation or Postnatal Assessment - please note there is no extra charge for the first session - it is 100% complimentary!
