The Postnatal Project – Terms & Conditions
Physio Collective – MNC
1. Purpose of the Giveaway
The Postnatal Project is a community support initiative offered by Physio Collective – MNC, providing three (3) individual postnatal women with a single complimentary postnatal physiotherapy assessment.
The program aims to improve access to early postnatal physiotherapy care within the local community.
2. Appointment Inclusions & Limitations
2.1 Inclusions
Each selected participant will receive one (1) standard postnatal physiotherapy assessment, which may include:
Postural, abdominal, pelvic floor, and musculoskeletal screening
Birth history review
Bladder, bowel, and pelvic symptom screening
Safe return-to-exercise advice
Personalised rehabilitation plan
2.2 Limitations
The complimentary appointment covers the assessment only.
Any follow-up sessions, ongoing treatment, clinical reports, products, or referrals are not included and will be charged at the clinic’s standard rates.
Participation does not obligate or encourage ongoing paid services.
3. Eligibility Criteria
Participants must:
Identify as a postnatal woman (up to 24 months postpartum)
Be able to attend an in-person appointment at 1/64 Lord Street, Port Macquarie NSW
Be medically safe and appropriate for physiotherapy care (screened at booking)
Physio Collective – MNC reserves the right to decline participation if physiotherapy is clinically inappropriate or contraindicated.
4. Application & Selection Process
Applicants must submit information truthfully via the nominated application method (form, email, or social media entry).
Three (3) applicants will be selected per giveaway round. Selection method may include:
Random draw
Needs-based assessment
Goal-based application
Selection methods may vary each round and will be stated at the time of the giveaway announcement.
No outcomes will be prioritised based on financial status, social media activity, or purchase history to avoid perceived inducements.
5. Clinical Safety & Consent
All clinical care will be delivered according to Australian physiotherapy standards and within the practitioner’s scope of practice.
Participants must provide informed consent prior to assessment.
Internal examination (if indicated) will only occur with explicit verbal and written consent, and alternative assessment options will be offered.
6. Privacy & Confidentiality
All participant information is handled under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our clinic Privacy Policy.
Personal details provided during application will only be used for:
Contacting winners
Scheduling appointments
Clinically relevant communication
Information will not be shared publicly without written consent.
7. No Clinical Guarantees
Participation does not guarantee resolution of symptoms or improvement of any condition.
Physiotherapy outcomes vary between individuals.
8. Non-Transferability
The complimentary assessment is for the selected participant only.
It cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash or alternate services.
9. Withdrawal or Changes
Physio Collective – MNC may modify, pause, or discontinue The Postnatal Project at any time if required.
If a selected participant cancels or does not attend their booked appointment, the free session may be offered to another applicant.
10. Social Media Requirements (If Applicable)
If the giveaway includes social media entry:
The giveaway is not affiliated with Instagram or Facebook.
No testimonials (written or implied), reviews, or statements about clinical outcomes may be shared publicly under AHPRA advertising rules.
Winners are not required to post or promote the clinic in exchange for the free service.
11. Agreement
By applying for or participating in The Postnatal Project, applicants acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
